As of 1/1/09 two forms of ID are required as proof of age when submitting yourself. If you submit yourself without two forms of ID your submission will be deleted without review and/or notification.

Why do we require this? The easy answer: it's the law. Any company that has nude pictures of an individual must keep two forms of ID on file to be compliant with 18 U.S.C. 2257 Recordkeepint Requirements to prove that the person is 18+ years of age.

After submission is received IDs are kept offline on a secure computer.

  • You can either scan or take a digi-cam picture of the IDs, as long as they are well-lit and legible.
  • ID 1: For U.S. citizens (including dual citizenship) one ID must be a valid government-issued passport, driver's license or state-issued ID card. For non-U.S. citizens it must be a valid government-issued passport.
  • ID 2: can be a birth certificate, SSN card, college picture ID card, or comprable.
  • The best would be to submit a passport and driver's license.
  • They must be in JPG format.

Click "Browse" and go to the images on your hard drive or network.
Do NOT type in the path name. You must "browse" to images on your hard drive.
